Is a s10 rear end the right length to just bolt right into a luv? I don't have a s10 to measure, I have a set of draglites that are 5 lug that I want to use and I am trying to figure out the cheapest and easiest way to convert the rear to 5 lug.

Also the length rear end what back spacing do I need for 15X8 wheels? If I had a rear to measure I wouldn't need to ask this but I figured some one on here has allready been down this road

A dime rear is about 4 inches wider, so you need to figure your back space with that in mind...

Could you leave the s10 rear end the way it is and run wider tires that stick out a little bit?

I used typhoon rear and it was only a 1/2" wider at wheel mount surface than the stocker.

dropped right on the perches too.
