LUVs generally cost more to redrill because they are more involved. ME used to fill in the old holes and then redrilling usually entails drilling holes right thru the head of some of the bolts that hold the rotor and the hub together.

my 9" in my nova was redrilled by Currie and all the did was knock out the old studs and redrill and press in new ones. the old holes were still there.
