The rear driveshaft is going to be shortened at a machine shop.
The wheelbase on a trooper is about a foot longer than the luv's. Its easier to shorten than lenghen a driveshaft.

More to come, the shop I'm going to is swamped, otherswise my luv woudl be close to being done.

yes... shortening a driveshaft entails cuting and reweldin the yolk on. lengthening it requires both yolks to be cut off and welded onto a new tube.
