I pulled the original motor out of my LUV. The sane day my brother gave me a 305. I know where to get the mounts and headers. Now, can i use stock drive shaft and with what transmission is best? Rear end? Was gonna put PUP motor in but why when I got a built 305 free? Haha. Any advice would be great, good with motors and an expert paint and body man, I just need a lil help with drive line stuff.

A 700r4 and the stock rear should be fine, unless you put some sticky tires on the rear...

Awesome. I was hoping rear would work. Will stock drive shaft be ok with 700r4?

Just thought tho. . 700R4 is an automatic trans, wanting a manual. Any ideas there?

I'm looking at getting motor mounts and trans mount from Automotive Component Engineering. Powerbyace.com Just wanted to know if this site/company is legit.
