Has anyone fitted a diff from a Mitsubishi (Dodge Ram ???) into a Luv?

I measured the distance between spring pads on the stock diff from my Bro,s Mitsi burnout/drag ute today, and its the same as my Luv,s.

you know im pretty sure nobody on here has, i havent seen much trans work done on this site, you should definately try it out and tell us how it goes...

i don't think he is doing a trans he is thinking about a rear-end out of a d-50/mitz i was thinking of putting my luv on a 93 mitz with a 2.6 and 5 speed just a thought

I think you may find that flange to flange is wider than the LUV rear end.

and the yoke is nuthing close to the luvs, so a drive shaft change may warrent as well.
