is a sbc chevy header ports anywhere near the same spacing as the luv g series? IE could it be hacked up re welded,new flange made and work? got more time than $$$$$

You might get the port spacing to match with some fabbing, but the tube routing probably wouldn't even be close. Clearances are tight fitting between the steering and clutch linkage.
The Pacesetter #1105 (square ports) for the G180/200 fits, about $160 last time I checked.

auto tranny luv, pacesetters seem to be up to about 180.00$ lately.I still might look into the fab a different header route.

The chevy headers have the two center ports and two end ports, would be hard to get them to come close. The real problem would be in the height, the 4 cyl is significantly taller.
