Just wondering if any Luvs, Isuzus came with a locking rear end, and if so, what models. I have a 81 formerly diesel powered Luv with 3:42 gears. It is now powered by a sbc 305 w/ a 700R4 AOD and I love the gear set up, just wish it was a posi traction (locking) type.

Contact Independent4x, they are building 10-bolt Isuzu fronts with Impulse LSD's, don't know why they couldn't install one into your rear.
The 10-bolt Aussie Locker will fit your rear, but the thrust block that adjusts the axle bearing preload can't be re-used. I had a custom thrust block machined to fit within the locker on each of the Aussie's I'm running, axle play was returned to stock. They are a little noisy but work great.

the Impulse is it, unless you do a major swap to the newer 12 bolt rear.
