Can I use my stock radiator with a 327, Iam going to run a manual trans so I dont have to worry about using an automatic radiator with a built-in trans cooler. :D

I know you don't want to hear this, but NOPE!

go with aluminum and you don't have to worry about it at all.
you have to cut some out of the core support, but it will be worth it.

IT WILL NOT COOL IT. GO ALUMINUM AND FORGET ABOUT IT.
I TRIED TO GO CHEAP THE FIRST TIME, IT ONLY COSTS YOU MORE IN THE LONG RUN.

I agree with rick james and luv4me. I had a 327sbc/th350 running on the stock radiator to save some money. I wound up not only boiling over many times, but also causing the oil to overheat and wiping out my main bearings. Take the time and extra money to do it right the first time. You wont be disappointed.

The stock radiator has trouble keeping a 1.8L cool sometimes so even with no experience running a V8 I'd go with no as well. I basically look at my heater core as "manual supplemental engine cooling" with a 1.8 so I'd hate to think of what it would be like with a 327.
