Are the G200 and G180 have the same crank? Both cranks I have one in a G180 and the other in a G200 need repaired and the G180 is in better shape so it would be cheaper to fix, but I want to use the G200.

that took me a minute to figure that out too...but does any know if the crank shafts from the G180 is the same as the G200? I am back at my place right now, and if I find out they are my father is going to grab the crank from the G180 and go get it fixed, for i can start working on the motor on Friday...or at least soon depending on how long it takes the guy to get to it.

Only way to tell for sure would be to check and compare the specs in a manual, grab a micrometer, and check them both. I'd check on the specs for ya - but I'm not at home where I can get to my manuals.

Sorry...maybe someone else here can look it up for ya. Good luck on your build.

It looks like that is what I will have to do, Its just that its not at my place so i can not just do it, and so i was hoping someone had their manual for both motors to check.

If they are the same stroke and use the same bearings then that just leaves the balance to question as the g200 has a bigger piston hell it should be balanced on rebuild any way but that's how I do things.
