The bolt pattern is the same.If the backspacing will work on your truck is kinda trial and error based on what tires you are running and if the truck is lowered or lifted.

This is the rims I am running. they are from a 2000 Silverado 16" not sure about the backspace or width but they tuck under the fenders with about an inch from the outside fender lip and do not rub up front lock to lock with a 3" drop all the way around. I am running 215/65/16 which are less than an inch diffrence in diameter than stock tire size.

Bama:

Sometimes the major tire changes have take off wheels when the owner goes to different wheels I saw some at Discount Tire that seemed fairly cheap. They were GMC

Pop your head under the back and check to make sure youve got well over an inch or two between your tyres and the springs and chassis. Check the keepers around the springs behind the diff. They line up with the tyre and if the bolt is in, nut facing out, it will be close to the tyre.

I put some similar looking Toyota rims on mine and the tyres rubbed the sidewalls on the inside. You would be surprised how much the diff moves side to side while driving, even if you have good shackle bushes in the springs.

And you might want to get under and wind the front torsion bars off a bit, i rekon about a 2" drop, that will get it looking spot on. :ewink

Cheers, Bob.

The rears have quite a bit of space so I don't think rubbing in the rear will be to much of a problem.
As far as winding down the torsion bars how do I do that?
I can acutally drop the front of the truck down just by adjusting these bars?
Thats pretty sweet. Tim

Heck yeah ya can! Just do a search in the forum and you can find a TON of good info. Everything from simple lowering (or raising) to re-indexing and coilovers.
