does anybody know if the oil pan on these motors will hang lower than the crossmember? Im considering buying one for my bagged luv and I dont want to have to modify the pan. If it does clear I got a 4 barrell offenhauser dual port intake for a 1.8 will this bot up to the 2.6?

Ive always wanted one of those manifolds.


Not sure on the sump. Its cast alloy with a small steel pan on the bottom.

If it does a 2x4 2.3L one or an Impusle sump might suit better. These are all steel.



The manifold will bolt up but the inlet ports will be slightly miss aligned. A match port will fix that.

You will also have an oil gallery to block up in the middle of the head. This is covered and effectively blocked by the 2.6L manifold.
