I was wondering if the bellhousing and tranny setup of a early Luv 1.8 will fit later 1.8's and maybe 1.9 Isuzu engines. I know the 75 and older engine is different and doesnt interchange but was wondering about the bell pattern. I am planning on putting a 75 Luv engine and trans into a 74 MG Midget MKIII (originally a 1.3)that I got for free. The motor I am using needs the topend(head and manifolds). This is just a low buck project and looking for any cheap but usable Dallas area engine parts for a 72-75 1.8 as well.Thanks
