well hello there. :smt006
I have a 75 Luv and nothing worng with the trany, but I might get a 78 Luv for parts and the engine and trany out of that one. the guys says that the trany might be bad. So for a fast fix will the trany out of a 75 fit in the 78 engine. incase your woundering my 75 engine is not working and Im still working on my V8, this is just to get it running case I hate to car pool 7months and going somethings got to change. So any help will be great and thanks alot ahead of time.

On your 75, is the carb on the drivers side of the truck?
