If you just want steel rims, some of the JAP 4x4 rims are 15x6" some are 16x6" most of them will fit the luv.

most of the stock rims that came on japanese made trucks during the early 80's to today are 6 lug and 15x6, also check out this place if you want something a little bit more unique http://www.tirerack.com

I wanted to go with Weld wheels and found I was limited to 5 lug. They dont make 6 lug anymore.

What about Centerline?? My wheels are Centerlines but they are 15x7, not sure if they make them narrower in 6 lug and I did get them back in the early 90's.

Weld not make 6 lug wheels??? I kinda find that VERY hard to believe, if they did that they just lost a major part of their market as all GM fullsize 4x4's, all new F150's, all Toyota 4x4's, and all Nissan 4x4's are 6 on 5.5....perhaps your looking at the wrong wheels.

8O For crying out loud man convert the thing to 5 lug and you problems are solved plus the fact that the 5 bolt rotors are about half the weight of the stock rotors and are vented why would you stick with the stock setup any way.Sorry about the rant but all i see is a plus and no minus.

No need for 5 lug at all. Ive got five or six different sets of 6 stud rims here that will go on my Luv with no drama. Just bolt them up. Sure you have to hunt a bit to get the right offset etc, and a lot of the rims being off 4x4's means that you have to get creative if you want nice looking centres, but it can be done and on the cheap too.

I dont mind the early series Trooper alloys, ive got them on my ute. Most of the 4x4 chrome steel rims fit.

Any wheel mob worth their salt will make you a rim to your offset and what ever stud/lug patern you want if the deisgn allows it.

Cheers, Bob.

Unique has chrome modular 6 lugs and so does pacer. I have Them on the front now and did on the back with my slicks but I switched to a 5 lug s-10 rear.
I would sell the 15x10's that were on the stock rear, Almost new and look good. I am going to buy the matching wheels only in 5 lug for my MT's in a 10 inch and the 8's for my street tires.

I think the new Canyon/Colorado comes with 15" alloys. Pretty sure they are 6x5.5. I think they are pretty cool looking for a factory rim :D

6 month old post? puahahah....sorry 'bout that. I guess it's obvious that I'm still the new guy snooping through thread after thread trying to learn stuff...

Here's the rim I was thinking of, maybe a couple of years old now? I think they'd look really good on a Luv...

Think I'm going to see if I can find a set of the Colorado rims locally, and put them on the 4x4. Been trying to find decent 15" tire size in the 4x4 section... :)
