Sit down, grab a cup of coffee, and scratch your head in amazement,,,,, I recently bought a 27 T roadster mounted on a what I beleive to be a 79 Luv frame, not sure how to date the frame, it does have torsion bars. which I beleive to be a 79 or newer set-up, the calipers appear to be the same as what I see in my Luv service manual, however the hubs and rotors are not, they appear to have started life as a 4 lug hub, and the rotors are bolted to the hub by 4 bolts, the rotors lined up correctly with the calipers, there was a bearing spacer on the spindle to enlarge the diameter of the inside rear bearing to match up with the hub, which all seemed to work, the problem is someone redrilled the hubs for a 5 bolt lub pattern, but drilled the holes to large, and then welded the new studs to the hub, which looks like sh&# as well as does not appear to be safe. I was able to purchase a set of rotors and hubs from a 78 Luv, which fit the spindle fine, but the caliper does not have enough room to be bolted into place, there must be different caliper brackets or something different between the years,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I would like to hear some thoughts on what I have, and what to do to fix it,,,,,,,,in other words HELP

Vega / monza rotors have been adapted to our trucks . They start life as 4 lug and are redrilled to 5 . A picture would really help alot .
