I did a search, and I couldn't find anyone who has attempted this.

I recently got my luv back from my grandfather after 8 long years. I have also been given a buick 350 that has maybe 2 or 3 miles on it since a complete overhaul.

Has anyone attempted to do this? Does anyone know what kind of problems I may run in to?

I saw this ebay luv.. it had the buick v8 conversion.

The ebay luv belonged to a member here, but it was that way when he bought it.

ya, thats my lil buddy. As someone said, it was that way when I got it. The motor mounts are homemade. I can try to get a few pics for ya if you want them. The oil filter is in the front pass side on the motor. When they dropped it in there, they just smashed the top of it in. There is some stuff on the frame right there. Easy fix, got an oil filter relocater thing. Otherwise, i kinda like haveing the plugs ontop of the exhaust and the dist in the front. Just seems it would be easier to work on. dont know if ive helped you much but just let me know if i can do something for ya. Oh, and I did snap the stock rear in this truck, but I replaced with a S-10 rear. The one I parked for the winter was my orange one. My true baby. :D

Yep got a couple of pm's from drummerforhire and give him some info and places to look for parts to do the conversion with a 4sp and i think it will be a good setup when done. The next go round i can tell him about some hop up parts for the motor as well as some very good stock rods. Oops letting out my secrets oh well.
