well my exhaust manifold had a crack and i tried to get it off and the damn thing just broke in like 5 pieces so i need a stock exhause manifold thats good or a header oh my truck is a 80 4x4 please help.

I've got the stock manifold from my 77 you can have if you want it! 8O
I will have to take a quick look at it again though, before I can tell you if it is in perfect shape or not. :roll:

Hey i got stock manifold from a 77 thats in pretty good shape ill give you for shipping cost . Im in either Wichita falls TX. or Oklahoma city. Its a little rusty but should be fine for a stock application.

well i went to the junkyard today in ghorst area and is airport autowrecking and looked for a exhaust manifold didn't find one a worker came up to me asked what i was looking for i told him and he said he has a header i said really he's like yeah turned out to be a ceramic silver header for a luv pretty much brand new i said how much he said 100 i told him 75 and he took it so i just got a almost new header. i'm excited to put the motor in now. thanks everyone trying to help me out though.
