The V6 bellhousing pattern is not the same as the LUV or the 4 Cylinder motors found in Troopers. To swap one in you would need motor and trans to match. You'd want the 5spd anyway though as it would help highway mileage a lot.
You'd need motor mounts, drivelines, pretty much all the same stuff you'd need for any swap. The V6 Trooper was made to fit the motor, so there isn't any real advantage to it over any other swap.
