How and the heck do you hook the linkage up??? Any one that can help me save me!!!!

Are trying to use mechanical linkage or a cable ?

I really didn't know what to use!!! lol It has a linkage on it and that just didn't seem to look like it would work. I was wondering if I could use a cable. If I can use a cable what cable do I use? What other parts do I need to hook it up?

I'm using a console & automatic shifter out of a late 80's Cavalier in my V8, turbo-350 Luv. The console also has the emergency brake handle so I got rid of the bizzare "stock" Luv setup as a bonus.

Hey lowcat, What linkage are you using? If your using a cable, what cable is it?
