Look up
http://www.deltacam.com and give them a call. I don't think they have a standard profile regrind for the 75 and older motor, but they can do custom stuff too. They will at least know what can be done for you on the cam.
The rest of it, I think you should be able to find a rebuild kit, larger pistons, etc. Check online at
http://www.rockauto.com or just talk to your local parts shops. Felpro/Federal Mogul makes a full rebuild kit last time I checked.
