i was thinkin the 2.8 cuz i got a s10 blazer layin around, but i dunno anymore, i was gonnna trade my luv for a jeep and the guy never gave me the title for the jeep so i gave the jeep back, luv is still in my name at this point, and he wouldnt give the luv back so i reported it stolen after he agreed upon this then took the luv from me, the police said its a civil matter and that doesnt count as a stolen vehicle becasue the guy called the cops and said i would be calling it in stolen, correct me if im wrong but a truck in my name bein drven without my permission sure seems stolen to me, so now i gotta take the guy to small claims court, gotta luv the port angeles washington police department!! if there is anyone out there that has some knowledge of the law or knows anyone or anything that can help please help me out on this......oh and to top it off the guy parked to jeep in the middle of a street so it got impounded so he could say i didnt give it back

If you have a key, just go get it while he is at work. I did that when my son's ex girlfriend did that with his dodge diesel. I went up there, made sure it would start. The clutch master cylinder went out while she had it. I started it in gear and drove it like a semi. She was pi$$ed, she wanted $6500 storage on it, which would not have stood up in court. Once I had it out in the street, it was his. I had a letter from him, in case someone wanted to give me $hit.

hell i would love the opportunity to go legally "liberate" a luv suonds like a rush
either at his work or do a 3am pickup from his house, 2-4am are pretty much the "dead" time where almost no one is up. no way he can get outside and to you before your gone
