Lets put it this way, when I was 19 I was working a full time job, going to school fulltime and working part time nights where I am now, something had to go and it happened to be school. Then I left my fulltime job, and became full time with Advance Auto, I busted ass and cleaned up a few stores, I have worked in 24 different stores within 300 miles to home, within 1.5 yrs I was a store manager. I am now working towards another promotion.

So basically, Bust Ass and get noticed in a good way, and be available.
