I need to know what size flywheel and what kind of starter I need to use with the hooker super comp swap kit? Thanks

Stock flywheel and a stock starter. Smallblock 400 motors use an externally balanced flywheel, all other stock motors use a standard unit. Im assuming you plan to use an automatic trans. Here's a link to see what works.
