okay, i was lookin at a lower intake from the isuzu injection and i noticed that the runner openings are spaced in two groups of two. like this -00--00--. so i was thinkin, how about pluggin the injector holes and runnin 2 32/32s on it. now the lower intake only has 3 bolts around the runner holes, so an adapter would be needed to mount the 4 bolt carbs. the adapters would be designed just like a 2 plate adapter for a regualar swap, but instaed of 4 bolts on the lower plate, there'd be 3 that match the lower intake.
now this sounds pheasible doesnt it? i dont know if 2 32s would be too much carb, but maybe like some 28s or something.
now another issue would be the throttle linkage. if you look at this pic of a lower intake youll see that the grouped runners are kind of slanted.
now to have even fuel distrabution, youll have to have the carbs open sequentially. so, itll take some thinkin to get the carbs to open like that.
but in theory, this could work? couldnt it?
