We put the Accel equivalent in the 4x4 plus 8mm wires and it runs great.

The ad states that it's for an H.E.I. ignition system. And also it shows it's for a 1.8 motor. Stock motors dont have H.E.I. and this coil fits in the distributor cap. I think it's mis-labled and it should be for a Chevy V-8.
I have this exact same coil in my small block Chevy V-8. I cant tell you if it works better than stock because i've never ran a stock coil on this motor. I had a stock coil on my Buick V-6 but it's tough to try and compare the two.

you know the copper tube that runs from the intake to the exust is that inporant besause i kinda broke it ohh can i cap it off

i believe that is just an EGR. i am pretty sure that it will be fine without

EGR exhaust gas recirculation. It lets exhaust gas flow back into the intake air at certain times while driving. Why, I don't know. It's a smog thing. :wink:
