what kind and where should i get a transmission mount or cross member for a luv with a 350 and a turbo 350 automatic tranny

im going to just cut mine out(the one in it) and drill a hole for the 350 turbo, then im going to put it in with the cross member connected and weld the cross member where ever it ends up??? I read this in the info section of this site\

All you need to do is either modify the existing bracket or buy a Hooker trans mount or use the stock one as a template and build a new one.

It isn't difficult If you'd like I could take some pics of the modified one that was on a truck when I got it...

I have a T400, stock crossmemeber, I use the Energy Suspension GM trans mount, fits perfect. I don't know exactly what the dimensional differences are with the 350/400 but they have to be pretty close?

This has got to be the dumbest statement I have seen on the board so far :roll:
If you don't have INTELLIGENT info, then you really don't need to be posting, that's just my opinion. :?
