Kinda new to the luv scene picked up my beater for $100 and saved it from the scrap yard. My question is has anybody taken the axles and suspension from say a 93 sonoma and put it in a luv. I have a 93 sonoma 4.3 4x4. And also have a 1980 chevy luv 4x4 bone stock. Is it doable and if so what do I need to do.
Thanks in advance for any and all help
Billy

Why not just put the 4.3 in it and then straight axle the luv? I wouldn't mess with that S10/sonoma/blazer axles you would be much happier with toy axles or jeep axles. And a straight axle would be easier to put in your luv. I guess it just depends what you want out of it. I did a frame swap. And im really happy with it so far.
