I had a Holley FPR but it leaked like crazy so I'm going to try and find a better quality unit. Thanks for the reply, I think this must be the problem.

Still nothing and I'm completely tapped for ideas now. FP is at 2 psi, no vacuum leaks I can find, electrical system firing. I do hear a weird gasping that sounds like it's coming from my brake master cylinder when I try to start it. That's the only strange symptom. I installed the Weber because it came so highly recommended but it has been a complete nightmare, I miss my Hitachi.

Ok..make sure that all of your connections are tight(air,fuel, electrical). Check vacuum hoses too.Re-read your install manual or the video posted on the site. when you try to start it use carb cleaner to check for vacuum leaks while you use the throttle to keep it run(while be change in idle). Also make sure your plugs are gapped to what your Petronix manual says too.
