A stock exhaust manifold gasket should work. You will have to add some 5/16" flat washers under the nuts in places, especially toward the back, the header mounting flange is thinner that the stock manifold. Also look closely at the clutch arm, with two different headers on my truck the clutch arm hit the header slightly. Dimple the header- heat it if you have to- enough to clear the end of the arm. If you use two manifold gaskets you may get enough clearance without dimpling the header, but double gaskets are more prone to leak than a single. Collector gaskets should be available at any parts store, 3" I think. I have to double mine with RTV on all surfaces to get them to last very long.
