Guys I don't know if they make them for big blocks,but Advanced Adapters used to make some slick headers for the S-10 small block conversions.I had a set of hookers on mine (over and around frame) they leaked like a sieve. The A.A. ones bolted on with a little grinding for clearance for the temp sending unit.

Update on the header deal, If you look in project & build section you'll see I modified a set of 33 degree upswept dragster headers. They are 1 7/8 tubes I just turned them over and swapped sides cut off the flange and kept sliding the tubes in until everything cleared.
