A while back I got an LS-6 from a friend of mine and after a long and serious debate with myself, got back with him and he bought it back. The reason is, I am not building my truck to race, but rather as a daily driver. I am instead going with a SB Chevy 350 I have sitting in my shed. I would like to ask if anyone can steer me in the direction to get all the parts I need (pistons, rings, bearings, camshaft, intake, carb, etc) for a reasonable price. I have been out of engines for so many years, I really don't know what prices or where to look. Any help would be appreciated as I sort of had my LUV truck budget cut back a bit and would like to get the engine built by November. Thanks...
