Ok im ready to hook up the engine systems on my LUV. I got a question about the fuel line.....Can i just hook my pump coming off the SBC tot eh fuel line and hope it wokrs... or is there a fuel pump back by the tank somwhere that will need to be bypassed or hooked up?? Or what does everybody else do for fuel?? I got an external pump on the SBC chevy up front by the water pump on the passenger side by the way.....Thanks!

Well I am just going off a whim here but on my 75 I had the stock fuel pump which was located under the truck right in front of the fuel tank on the frame. When my fuel pump went bad I got an aftermarket one and just put it in the same place.
I would honestly take the old fuel pump out if you already have the one set up on your SBC I would just go with that one. Just my two pennies
