Does anyone know where I can get rear brake brackets for a 10 bolt S10 rear-end. They need be disk brake brackets for at least 11" 3/4 " Rotors. I would prefer bolt on unless there is anyone that has done the weld on.

I have been wanting for quite a while to convert my SS10 to rear disc and am going to go through
http://www.ssbrakes.com/
as they seem to have the best conversion kit I can find. Not sure if they sell just the brackets though.

I have looked the camaro rear-end but none of the junkyards around here will blow apart the rear end and the whole this is $600-700.

Tilted the SSB kits look nice but a little rich right now.

Thanks for the responses

Try speedway motoes. Just look for the metric stuff in 7.5. (I'm assuming here that the s10 rear is a 7.5) The metric is the Malibus and Monte Carlo type cars, and a lot of the suspension stuff will interchange...

Instead of looking for the way over priced 3rd gen f body disc brake rear (there about 200 bucks here) go to you local yard and get the rear disc setup off of a mid to late 80s Old,s or Cad as they are the same as the F bodies but a whole lot cheaper (my last set was 40 bucks) be sure to get the cables and all.
When i did this setup on my trk. i got another short cable then used a Pinto park brake lever between the seats.
