It makes the swap a whole lot more complicated in terms of wiring, but if that doesn't scare you off then by all means go for it. You'd end up with more power and a smoother running truck, but there is ALOT of wiring to transfer over and deal with. It might also have an effect on smog testing too. Swapping just the block and head won't look different from stock unless someone really knows what to look for. The injection system will make them look all that much harder at it, if it is even allowed where you are.
