I was running down the road on the way home from work and my daily driver started screaming with a metal to metal grinding noise, she shifted strong, engine was strong - I found the problem with the gas pump - damned fuse box.
So now I have to know if anyone has heard of this problem and what it wound up being. I think it is the clutch disk assembly with the fingers, and so far, no one has one.
I would hate to have to put in a crush bearing with redneck tools too.
The stick grinds sounds like it is grinding too, so if that helps, lemme know!
