The 78 luv truck I got the horn doesn't work. I ran new wiring plus a new horn relay and it still doesn't work. I tried a wire from the ground on the relay and touch it to two parts on the steering column and the horn would sound. But when I tried it on the part of the steering column that it is to touch the horn doesn't sound.
