Post subject: How do I remove the side window trim

There's a chrome strip on the door under the window that also appears to have the rubber molding on it. How do I remove this? Also, how do I remove the corresponding piece on the inside of the door?

Anyone have any ideas on replacement for these, or should I just try to find one that's not too bad at a junk yard?
