Come to find that the upper timing chain tensioner was missing, the one on the cam. Whoever rebuilt it in '90 forgot one crucial part. I corrected the timing, and installed the tensioner. Runs good now. Thanks, -Neil

Did they ever do anything to the exhaust when they pimped the truck? How does it sound now?

did you do something to the rear susp, didn't W.C.C. lower the back of that ?

Alex at West Coast Customs put a sick rake on the truck, but had to tone it down a little because it threw the cover out of alignment. It's still way high in the rear, I can barely see out the window. The 17"/15" sets off the rake too. The exhaust was held together by a soda can before; they installed a new pipe. Sounds like a LUV I suppose...
