really low gears and a very big engine. :D
Really I would think a stock 4x4 would not have the power you would need for snow plowing, but I could be wrong.

Even with a big engine it still wouldn't weigh enough.........

I just bought an 81 Diesel 4x4 and I'm hoping to do the same thing. What type of plow are you getting? I'm curious to know how the installers reacted when you brought in the little truck.

I bet if you put a plow on the front of a LUV, it would surprise the hell outta you how much it will push! Theres a lot of plows on vehicles up here, from 1 ton trucks to family cars if you can believe it. All work well. The family car ones are funny as hell, but always surprise me just how much they can push! And they are only front wheel drive. If you threw some weight in the back of the truck, some good winter grips on it, I bet you could push all day long and not miss a beat. Good luck! :)
