 Post subject: ignition repairs

hello, i we are trying to get a truck on the road that was given to my son.
but we are needing to get the ignition fixed first we need to know where we might be able to get an ignition housing for a dash mounted ignition
and the wires that trail behind it. i am sorry if this is to much information
but thanks for your time and suggestions

What year is it? I don't know if you can find a key to match, but it never hurts to finger it owt!

I've been looking for a good ignition for awhile now, I've got a cheap one from wal-mart in my truck right now, but universal ones are a pain in the bunghole to install. Good luck.

I agree. They can be a pain in the keester. I went to the bone yard for one and did not have a key. So now I can't get mine started.
