Has anybody ever used these header (#70-1093 or #72C1093) on their 231/252 engine? They are made by Pacesetter.

You might have to get a hold of Pacesetter and see if a pic is available. The most common problem with adding headers to a V-6 or V-8 Luv is the fact that the torsion bars are right in the way. The steering column could be a problem too. You must keep in mind that most all headers are built to fit a stock application. Tyrone... I'll be back in Texas in a few days. I'll get in touch with you and i'll bring my truck out. Even with a V-8 setup, you can get a good idea of what it takes to fit a set of headers in to a Luv. You might even what to build yourself a set of headers to custom fit the truck. I had ideas of going with headers before with the 252, but the hassle wasn't worth it to me cause the setup worked quite well with the stock exhaust manifolds.

See ya in a few days....

I have a picture and figured that the torsion bars may have to be removed. As far as fabricating, just part alone is over $90. Then I have measure, cut, and pay for the welding hoping I get it right the first time. If I pay $178 w/free shipping, it seem more reasonable. If and when I get my TRUCK BACK, I will order the headers and post more info.
