can anyone tell me what the "C" on my dash means when it is lit up or any of the other lights are? :)

Just like diarmadhim said, C is for charging, and when it is lit up that means it isn't charging.

O is for Oil, lit means the pressure is low.

Both lights should come on with the key on but the motor not running. They should go out when the motor starts.

Other than that, the lights are pretty much self explanitory. Brake comes on when the E-brake is on and also is the fail indicator if something is wrong in the braking system. If you have a california emissions truck it may have a "heat" light that comes on if the catalytic converter gets too hot.

i have the oposite problem, mine never comes on, even when i start it
