whats is the biggest 15 inch tire that will fit under the back of the truck

We talking width of tire that will tuck or the tallest tire? With 4x4 owners and V8 luv owners, there are two different kinds of big tires.

I had 235/75R15 tires under the back of my 4x4 luv with zero lift, though I didn't run it much on the road. Bigger will fit, but if you offroad at all much bigger tires will rub with much of a bump/rock on one side. I managed to rub 195/75R14s (original stock size) on a stock 2WD once or twice, so anything will hit if you give it a enough effort.

If you are talking about width, I'm sure someone else will have an answer for you.

i got a 255/60/15 under the back of my truck.. stock height it didnt rub, but dropped 2" it rubs on big bumps.. but i can pull on the fenderwells some and pull it out some..

I had a 31x10.5 inch mudding tire on the back of my LUV at one point. Just to see how goofy it looked But they honestly did fit. No alterations or anything to the rear end, stock height, 2wd. 1981 model..

i got 31/10.50/15 tires on my 4xluv right now and the dont rub, i used to have 30/11.50/15 thrnbirds on it, those never rubbed.

i manged to put a 33X14.50R15 inch super swamper bogger tire on my truck looked really cool filled up the the fender and stuck out a bit but if you hit a bump it will rub so i didn't drive it with that on.
