hi i'm doing a brake swap but i decided to swap the whole stub axle, ran into a small problem, i took the steering arm off but can't get the actual upper and lower control arm (the ones with the grease nipples on them off off the stub axle.
are these tappered or are they made as one piece?
any help would be good cheers.

if you're talking about the ball joints like i think you are,Go in to a parts store or to a friends house that has tools and ask for a "Pickle Fork"

the'll tell ya how to use it.

yeah there tapered, just belt all s$^( out of em, it will come loose, just make sure the nuts are on the end of the thred or else the stub axle will go flying (from personal experience)
