When I hit the accelerator in my truck it seems when I let off of it that it is still given it gas for a minute what should I do about this. Thanks for the help.......maxwell

ck your springs, One fall off
Lube the cable if that what you have. I use WD40 to shoot in the cable. I dont know if that is the right stuff to use but works for me right now.

My datsun has a weber carb. there is a spring on there but it has a bigger one that goes from the linkage arm to the valve cover as a extra spring but not over hard to help it return.
