I dont think a factory chevy steering wheel will fit a luv. I recently bought a Grant steering wheel for my truck to replace the original. It was cracking and the plastic horn cap was badly deteriorated. The grant wheel i got isn't as deep as the original and has a smaller diameter so i can get it and out of the truck a little easier. All together i spent about 80.00 for both the wheel and adapter kit. its an easy install.

I also have a grant wheel on my truck that has been on it for years. I love it.

Grant sells specific adapter kits for each application. you can look it up on the grant website. I got my wheel thur NAPA auto parts. i dont know the part # , its not on my reciept. I ordered a shallower st wheel than stock, so i had to bend the blinker lever forward a little bit.

Nope, won't fit! I am also another Grant customer! I had one of those wheels in the auction on my s10 blazer, but I know that doesn't help you at all.

I just had a thought. Is there an adapter out there that would adapt the steering wheel in the link above to a Chevy LUV?

Sorry man, but no. The wheel has the splines that go onto the steering shaft built into the back of the wheel. The adaptor works as the same thing as then the after market wheels bolt onto that as they are a universal wheel. If there was some kind of adaptor the wheel would be about 4 or 5 inches closer to you and would be pretty much into your chest! If you REALLY wanted to have this wheel, I think the only thing you could do (way too much work and probably unsafe) is to find a GM steering shaft and cut the splined part off and have it welded to the LUV steering shaft. I don't even know if that would be possible. They probably are different diameters. Sorry
