About every 2 weeks I have to tighting the clearances for the rockers on the first cylinder.

Can something be wrong?

Try taking the nuts off. Clean them and the threads off with gas. Then put the nuts back on, adjust, and tighten. Dab or spray some paint on them. Let it dry and put the valve cover back on. Check the nuts in a couple weeks to see if the jam nut came loose or they move together. Might tell you what's going on.
