it took me forever, but it is finally done! it is made out of a piece of 1 inch thick aluminum, and it is about 2.5 x 4.5. i drilled holes, and then used a die grinder to make barrels big enoug. aluminum sure does plug up those little steel bits though.it is going to be a holley from a pinto on to my luv machine.

thats awesome. i should have done that instead of forking over $300 for a weber. i used to have a 76 jaguar with a 350 chevy in it. it had a holley and i had a hard time keeping the accelerator pump working properly. (probably cause it was seldom driven) i switched to a quadrajet and quickly switched back to the holley cause i noticed a big power drop. holley is a great performance carb.

Holley is a great carb, through the years ive ran them on my chevelle, Nissan and my luv. The only trouble was when I tried to 4x4 the Nissan, It would crap out when the truck was crawling up a big hill. I did have a quad once, I bought it through Holley. It was a remanufactured carb, and ran descent, But they don't call them quadra junk for nothing. I just don't think I have had anything that has compared to the performance of the holley's. :D

Isn't the holley that was on Pinto's a 5200? basically the same as a weber 32/36?? don't know much about the ugly horse. :D

if somebody wants to tell me how to put them on here, ill be more than happy to do that for you guys! i have a digital camera, so i just dont know how ti post them.

i had a quadrapuke on my big 10, and it craped out on me. i rebuilt it and it did the same thing, i think it needs a new float. i just slaped a 600 cfm edelbrock on there and a 14x6 inch k&n, and called it good. :)
