1978, neither gauges are working. Gen light is on.
Cleaned up the fuse box, Got it working for a minute, gen light stayed on and went dim, then got bright and everything quit working again
I cleaned the connection on sending unit and around the sending unit (as much as I could), didn’t seem to solve it.

See if it blew any fuses. Also on top of the fuel tank, see if any of the wires are loose.

Replaced all fuses. All connections top and bottom of fuse block have been cleaned from if/any corrosion
Also cleaned the connection on fuel tank

I'm not sure what's going on with the fuel gauge/sending unit. Perhaps someone can chime in on that.
Regarding the temp gauge, there's a sensor on the bottoms of your intake manifold. Check the connections on that.
If that doesn't work, you could replace the sensor (those should pretty inexpensive to buy).
