Late reply, but you can make one if you want. I used an acytelene gas welding rod about 1/4 inch diameter for the lug that fit the holes for the cable. You can buy the cable from Home Depot in the hardware dept. Use the old cable or the cable housing to get the correct length. Cut the welding rod to correct length and drill a 1/8 hole in the lug. Do both ends of the cable. Push the cable through the hole and fray it by untwisting the wires. Use a soldering gun or a plumbers propane torch to fill the frayed end with solder. You can sort of 'counter sink' one side of the lug to get the solder to take and fill up the cable outside of the lug. Mine was fun to make and still works great!
